Zoe graduated from the Royal College of Art in 1998 completing an MA in printmaking. She has been making work and exhibiting since whilst working as a Printmaking Associate at the University of East London. She returned to live in Crystal Palace the place where she grew up, juggling work and family. Always engaged with the medium of Printmaking, the work currently separates into screen prints and etchings. The ZHedprint series are colorful screen prints that collage photographic, textile and architectural imagery creating a fun, affordable, handmade artwork. The etchings have grown out of an archive of photographs taken whilst walking in environments that stretch from South London to South America. Unexpected structures or natural phenomena in empty landscapes transform through the etching process into states of petrification or ruin.
