Deborah used to make her own clothes as a student with fashion aspirations way beyond her budget but, with a demanding job in the City, had more recently restricted her dressmaking to bridesmaid's dresses and sixth form / prom dresses for her beloved nieces.
In 2014 Deborah finally ‘retired’ from insurance and launched dD Handmade, making all sizes and shapes of fabric bags.
