Claire Moore is a glass artist working from her home in Berkshire.

Originally Claire Moore was a scientist working in medical research but after having her children she wanted to use her creative skills. She comes from a general design background having worked with textiles and soft furnishing in the past, but she fell in love with glass whilst working with stained glass over many years.

After attending classes in fused glass Claire Moore found that kiln formed glass allows her the freedom to experiment with design and colour. She likes learning new techniques and experimenting to bring new ideas to her work and now include lampworking also.

Claire Moore is inspired by everything around her but most of all by colour.
